The Home in Benin, Edo state, is a similar operation with the world’s only known Silicon Valley with hands-on innovations, vocational empowerment, digital technology, networking, programming, hardware and software development, and digital device formation and assembling. ACTLAP Center is also designed with an academic curriculum to educate interested youths and encourages entrepreneurship.
